Overview

Echelon Property has received a development approval for a 95-place childcare centre in the suburb of Whitfield, Cairns. In Whitfield there are only three-day care centres to supply to a market of 1,220 children under 5. This represents a high ratio of 6.85 children per childcare place. This new centre will ease the supply shortage in the catchment.
