Joseph founded Echelon Property in 2020 and Wings Early Learning in 2023. Previously, he spent almost 18 years at Colliers International, where he held the role of National Director. He specialised in major pre-commitment leasing for new Brisbane office towers. His clients included Australia’s leading institutions and private developers.

Alistair is a Certified Practicing Accountant and has over 20 years’ experience both in Australia and the UK across Public Practice, Alternate Investment Houses (Hedge Funds) and Global Financial Institutions. He is a commercially astute leader with an ability to drive performance through development and implementation of financial and commercial metrics and analytics.

Rochelle leads the finance function across Echelon Property and Wings Early Learning, overseeing bookkeeping, reporting and payroll. Her attention to detail and dependable support help keep the group’s day-to-day operations running smoothly.
